We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on weekends. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Communicate directly with field technicians to relay job details, schedule updates, and customer concerns.
Provide accurate information about services, appointments, and basic troubleshooting when needed.
Document customer interactions and job notes clearly and accurately in the system.
Assist in scheduling or dispatching technicians based on weekend workflow.
Handle escalations and urgent customer needs by following established procedures.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred; dispatch or technician-facing experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning business systems and entering accurate information.
Must be dependable and available to work both Saturday and Sunday.
